The January transfer window enters its third week but still the Premier League’s biggest sides are yet to make their moves.

Arsenal seem certain to secure at least one new signing during the coming weeks, but could there be more?

Basel midfielder Mohamed Elneny’s move to London is approaching completion, with only complications over a work permit threatening to delay his arrival.

Arsene Wenger suggested today that he may make only one signing but had suggested earlier this month that multiple deals were possible for Arsenal.

One of those may be Celta Vigo forward Nolito, a target for Barcelona after a run of eight goals in 18 appearances this season. It has earned the 29-year-old a place in the Spain squad, might it also lead to a big money move?
